Dr. Cook is a software developer with nearly 20 years of experience in high-performance software for transportation modelling, data analytics and visualization. Jamie is a founding member of Outer Loop and leads the company’s software and data science practice.

Dr. Camargo is a transport scientist with 15 years of experience on the development of forecasting models, particularly on the development of Open-Source solutions for transportation modelling and GIS. Pedro is a founding member of Outer Loop and leads the company’s model development practice. Pedro is also the original creator of AequilibraE.
